Concept and Features:

TULUM Coast, the sister location of TULUM Balaclava, is situated along the beachfront esplanade in St Kilda, just a suburb over from the original site.

The flagship location is owned and operated by Coskan Uysal, a skilled food artisan who refined his craft in Istanbul and London before bringing his culinary vision to Melbourne in 2016.

The design and concept behind TULUM Coast aim to blend the original aesthetics and cuisine of TULUM with the sophisticated essence of Matthew McConaughey. Known for his refined style and strong character, McConaughey served as an inspiration for creating a space that exudes both elegance and power.

The floor plan of TULUM Coast is designed for optimal flow, allowing staff to move efficiently between the kitchen and back areas without disrupting the guest experience. Thoughtfully placed bar areas, restrooms, and dining spaces ensure guests can enjoy their meals effortlessly, with easy access to all amenities across both levels of the establishment.
